Duorama: Privacy Policy

Effective from version 1.0, November 2026

In short: Duorama doesn’t collect, keep or share any personal data. There’s no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and no software from other companies inside the app. The only thing the app talks to is Apple’s App Store, for the one purchase.

Your photos

Duorama uses the camera to show the live picture in its finder and to take your photos. Before you buy, the photos you take wait inside the app on your iPhone, undeveloped. After you buy, they go to your Photos library, and so do the photos you take after that: each roll when you finish it, or each photo as you take it if you turn that on in Settings.

What stays on your iPhone

Your settings (the camera’s finish, the finder’s reversal, the film border, the zoom), your rolls and frame counts, and any photos waiting to be developed. They’re kept on your iPhone and in your own iPhone backup, if you have backups turned on. Deleting the app deletes them from the iPhone.

The purchase

The one purchase is handled entirely by Apple’s App Store. The app asks the App Store only whether you own it and what it costs where you are. We never receive your payment details, your Apple Account or your name. Apple’s handling of purchases is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Camera and Photos permissions

iOS asks for each one the first time it’s needed: the camera when the camera first opens, and Photos the first time a photo is saved. You can change either at any time in the iPhone’s Settings app, under Duorama.

Children

Duorama is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
